Lawrence Bhakti Fest | Two Day Event

Lawrence Bhakti Fest returns featuring Prema Hara, six local kirtan bands, sound healing, veggie feast on saturday and an afternoon workshop on Sunday with Prema Hara! This will be an incredible weekend of yoga, chanting, sound healing and soulful connection. October 30/31st. Come to some or all. Make your plans now to join us!

HeartSong Kirtan is very excited to be a part of HDKC's monthly First Friday (FF) format and bless this new wellness and community space with sacred song and chant. In addition to the kirtan music, singing bowls and satsang you've come to expect and love with HeartSong, you will have an opportunity to explore artists and vendors in the space adjacent to the music and there will be a few select healers in the back of the room offering Reiki, Flow, and chair massage before and during kirtan. Something for everyone! Come and go or come and stay!

HeartSong Kirtan will be Guest Presenters for this Meditation Practices class at Unity Temple on the Plaza for Day 6 of class: February 23, 2016. Join us! $20 Suggested Love Offering for the entire 2-hour class. HeartSong will be discussing the meaning of kirtan leading chant during the second half of the class.

The seasons change while the Earth continues its journey through space and time. Rituals at the Autumn Equinox honour balance between light and dark. Join HeartSong Kirtan at Unity Temple on the Plaza as we help one another and the earth make this shift from summer to fall. Chant sheets are available for those new to kirtan.

HeartSong Kirtan is so excited to chant with you soon at KC's first KC Kirtan Fest hosted by CSL-KC. 9 am to 9 pm now includes a drumming jam from 6:30-7 pm. Bring your drums and shakers! Join us Tuesday, September 2, 7-9pm, at Unity Church of Overland Park, Kansas, as we do a mini kirtan instruction and experience for the final class in a 5-week course called Meditation Practices taught by Unity ministerial student Nhien Vuong. $10 Suggested Love Offering. PRIVATE HOUSE PARTY: Did you know that HeartSong Kirtan welcomes the opportunity to be part of your private, sacred gathering of friends/family? This Friday, Sept. 12, 6-8pm - HeartSong Kirtan is honored and delighted to be invited to share sacred chanting in a precious gathering of beautiful souls at a private house party. Party guests are always encouraged to engage in kirtan as a participatory (or, at minimum, an instructive/demonstrative) experience rather than simply a musical "performance."
